Dear Parents,
Kindly be informed of the following:
1. Next Thursday 21st of April, 2016 school dismissal will be at 12:30 p.m.
2.24th & 25th of April, 2016 school will be OFF
3. Tuesday, 26/04/2016, is the final rehearsal for the annual show. Only participating students will come to school and leave at 2:15 p.m.
The Annual Show
1. The Annual Show will be held on Wednesday 27th of April, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. You are welcome to reserve your place for the show by calling the school administration desk, on 01227940075 – 01205666488
2. Participating students will come to the school by bus, and will leave in the company of their parents.
3. Parents will coordinate with the bus matron to know the exact time for picking up the student.
4. Students who are not participating in the show will come into the company of their parents. The gates will open at 4:30 p.m, and the show will start at 5: 00 p.m.
5. Students participating in the chorus will come fully dressed for their role (they will not change in school)
6. Parents will not be allowed into the students’ changing rooms.
7. Students will receive back their clothes for the party starting 9/05/2016.
8. The school will be a photo shooting and video recording the show.
9. Kindly avoid changing places and/or standing before the stage to allow everyone a clear vision.
Spring Break
1. Our spring break will start from the 28th of April, 2016 till the 5th of May, 2016.
2. School will resume on the 8th of May, 2016.
3. Starting from the 8th of May, 2016 school dismissal will be at 2:00 p.m.
