Description

The Discipline Officer is responsible for managing and enforcing discipline policies and standards within the organization. This role involves monitoring behavior, ensuring compliance with school rules, investigating violations, and applying disciplinary measures when necessary. The Discipline Officer works closely with staff, management, and HR teams to maintain a respectful and professional work environment.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and disciplinary procedures.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for handling sensitive matters.

- Analytical skills to assess situations, conduct investigations, and recommend solutions.

- Ability to work with confidential information and maintain professionalism.

- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills to mediate disputes effectively.

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for case management.

Desired Experience:

- Prior experience in a disciplinary, compliance, or HR-related role is preferred.

- Experience in case investigation and report writing is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitors student activities/behavior outside the classrooms to ensure students’ safety and the safeguarding of school property.
  • Understands and follows school’s policies and procedures regarding supervision, discipline and other relevant matters.
  • Ensures the school discipline policy is enforced. 
  • Coordinates with the School Principals to monitor the students’ attendance and behavior.
  • Supervises and monitors students\\\\\\\' discipline and reports any irregularities to the school Principals.
  • Applies direction students in firm but understanding manners.
  • Implements interventions for students with behavior violations.
