By default, only the super administrator will have permissions & access to everything on the platform. If you want to provide permissions to other administrators, then you have to go modules—-> Teacher/Admin staff and manage teacher & admin staff and then go to admin staff which will display all the admin users. Here click on the icon which looks like a “Key” to manage the permissions for the required user.
From this section, give permissions to all the required modules as per your requirement.
